Diet Spreadsheet Calculator! Nice!
I made this excel spreadsheet a couple days ago. This morning I finished putting all the formula's in. Check it out, it really comes in helpful when trying to put on some mass. Lets you know if you need to eat more!! haha
Just plug in the numbers, and it adds everything for you, and calculates the % of your diet also!

Neat... Looks almost like my diet calculator that I used to use all the time. I'm too lazy to use it anymore. I've had it on my site for the longest while. It used to be littered with my diet examples, but I took those out.

I blatanly copied a bunch of lookup charts that I found on the web when I made mine years ago so that I could easilly determine the macronutrient break down of all the foods I eat. Take a look at it and you might want to copy them (not like they were mine to begin with ).
