Estrogenic fat from previous cycles?
Whats the best way to get rid of a little bit of estrogenic fat on my abs from previous cycles. I have tried yohimburn and that was crap. Anything else I could use?

it is more likely that such fat, given that yohimburn did not help, is actually due to insulin related issues. Androgens tend to decrease insulin sensitivity.
if it is an estrogen issue, then use of aromatase inhibitors, over time will alleviate the problem.
what gear/ancillaries have you used in the recent cycles?

mostly test, for my first few cycles I didnt use any anti-e's. Thats were I think some of the estrogenic fat came from. It is very little but it seems its really hard to get rid of when im dieting.

I have the same problem. I too didn't run any ancillaries for the first few cycles.
You can get rid of this fat by simply dieting. Being on a hard cutting cycle w/ some fina in there wouldnt hurt. This is what I am doing now... also running liquidex throughout the whole cycle. Running in the morning on an empty stomach just melts the fat off me. Try running liquidex as an anti aromatase and nolvadex as a blocker...
nolva being a synthetic estrogen will help with lipids also while taking liquidex.

thanks polska, its kind of annoying because my diet is really good and I do cardio everyday but there are a few extra pounds I would like to lose.
