hey i just got my blood work done for a regular check up and my doctor told me that I had elevated enzyme counts in my liver....what should i do..i just started a cycle... should i stop and get the final results, or should i just keep going on with my cycle..he said I might have mono.. i heard if u have mono you arent supposed to lift heavy, which sux really bad..is it true????. any help.. y would my enzyme liver count be so high??

AAS raises your liver enzymes bro!...If he didn't tell you that they were at an alarming level, then I wouldn't worry to much. They will return to normal after you finish your cycle. If your taking accutane at the same time your enzymes will raise also.

While on cycle I would always take milk thistle, it is a liver detoxifyer the really helps keep your liver in tact while taking AAS

Try taking some r-ala also for liver protection

Heavy lifting will give you elevated liver enzyme levels too, with or w/o juice. If they are extremely high, he would have made a big deal of it. Did he or is he then testing you for mono?

Next time your in for blood work, make sure they are taking a GGT reading

quick questin how much milk thistle or r-ala should one take daily when on cycle, and when to stop?

I take one milk thistle pill in the morning with breakfast and one at dinner, thats what i do, just pick up a bottle at your local health food store and itll say how much NOT to exceed on the bottle as far as r-ala, im not sure.
