Spot injecting prop, a bad idea?
Just wondering how many people do and *if* you can/should spot inject prop. So far i've hit both my glutes in the past two shots, and i'm walking like I have pole shoved up my ass. Do you think spot injecting prop into say your bicep/chest would be a bad idea? I have no problem with the pain...all though it isn't fun.

Look into chest, delts, tris and quads. I have heard that the bi hurts like a beotch. So yes it its a good idea to shoot in other places

if your shooting prop ed or eod, its a neccesity to spot inject...bi's and calfs will hurt like hell, but i still do my bi's....tri's, delts, quads are my favorite

Stay away from bi's if your prop has high BA content is all I have to say.

I'm doing Prop ED and I'm rotating glutes, quads and shoulders. That leaves six days between each shot on any one location.
Hey, order some sterile oil FAST if you're going to do Prop only in your shots!! Took me five weeks of sheer torture to get around to mixing it 50/50 and POOF!! no pain, like magic. Don't wait as long as I did!

if you wanna spot inject w/ prop i'd suggest getting some sterile oil like john said.
I did 150mgs of QV prop in the bi ONCE...never again.

It's gonna cause some irritation, swelling, and pain...
