the guy was big in highschool got bigger in college and even bigger in the pros he is probably not natural but he works his a$$ of in the gym he eats right and he has a trainer and a chef with him at all times. he gets an iv drip everynight to replace nutriants loat during the day he is a freak natural or not. if you go to www.nfl.com and read his bio you will see he ran right around a 4.3 40 and is 240. he was traded to the dolphind today and they want him to report and to play at 230.

Straight out of the Miami Herald -
David Boston - 6-2 238
25yrs old, ranges from 4-8% bf
AND RUNS THE 40 in 4.2
his diet is high protein low carb
2x daily workouts, lift weights in the morning
followed by intravenous drip designed to reduce recovery
then an afternoon workout.
4 days on, 1 days off
Man for this being a steroid board alot of you are haters. And i would put my money on a NFL football player who gets the **** beat out him for a living going against any bodybuilder ive ever met or seen. Martial artist, maybe not. But bodybuilder, hell yea. And you guys talk as if at least 90% (IMO) of the NFL doesn't do steroids . how could you compete if you did not? ALSO if you are anything close to a fan of pro or college football and you don't know who David Boston is then you need to stop watching Sportscenter and re-examine your passion for the sport. He was the 8th overall draft pick in 1999, had a probowl year in 2001 with Arizona.....and now he is a Miami Dolphin.
BTW go dolphins
