Howdy Everybody,
66 lbs for me in one year WITH a loss of body fat. TOP THAT!!!!
The date was from May 15 to May 15 of the next year. I was 13, 5' 2" @110lbs at a physical for boxing. The next year I was 5' 10" and weighed 176lbs. My doctor really freaked! I had been living with my mom, but I moved in with my dad in lived with him for 2 years, then I had to move in with my mom again. By this time I was 6' 1" and weighed 205lbs @ almost 16yo. Several of the guys that were bullies and like to pick on me because I was kinda small were in for a rude awaking! Why do Bullies ALWAYS cry and go tell when you slap them around? Boy, was it fun. Since then I have made a point to pick on bullies and to take up for the underdog or the weakling.
Anyway, I didn't mean to hi-jack the thread. 55 lbs in 9 monthes.....BULL$HIT. That simple. Pumped, go tell your lies somewhere else. You need to remember to first rule to lying.....You need make it believable.
Most gains in a year for myself natually is 'bout 20lbs. This is after I had stopped lifting for about 1 1/2 years, then I started back again. I grow like a MF for the first 3 monthes.
