Gyno?
Hey guys. I'm lookin for some help... i'm posting my background here but maybe some of you will be able to tell whether or not this is gyno just from the pics
Underneath the aereolas and above my pectorals are strings of hard lumps from the size of corn cernels to raisins to walnus that aren't soft like fat.

THESE PICTURES ARE WHILE TALKING NOLV.
--------------------
I used to weigh 220... through dieting and exercise i lost weight over a two year period and now weigh 170. i'm 24 years old. i don't work out often, have never taken steroids or other supplements. i have a high natural testosterone level (tested), but don't know what my estrogen level is. i've been taking nolvadex for a while, and it makes my aereolas a bit smaller, but overall there is still a string of bubble-like oval bumps from my armpit to my nipples, under which there are lumps the size of walnuts.

What does that mean? Why are my lymph nodes any different than everyone else's? Why did this set in during puberty? And how do I get it back to normal?
thanks buddy

a doc is still your best bet to get the proper diagnosis

So I went to visit a doctor today and he said that there are concentrated buildups of fat on my chest and that it's not gyno? Does this seem right to you? He also didn't think that they were swollen lymph nodes since he felt a string of moveable rainsin-like bubbles from the top of my armpit instead of from underneath it.
thanks again for all your help.

if it's concentrated fat lumps built up... it can be from gyno or also from baby fat... the only way is to have surgery to remove it permanently...

Floyd,
I've never done a cycle, but I have a naturally high testosterone level.
Total testosterone level is 989 (high normal is 827)
Free testosterone level is 31.8 (high normal is 28.2)
Can this cause an excess buildup of estrogen like steroids would, causing gyno without them? I went to a second doctor and he, too, said it wasn't gyno. It really looks and feels like it to me, though. I don't know what to do to make this go away. I have had it since the beginning of puberty, I think.
thanks guys.

an excess buildup of testosterone can convert to estrogen to cause gyno.
i can't say though that i have had any experience or known anyone whose had a string of bubble-like oval bumps from their armpit to nipple. that almost sounds like something that has to do with the lymphatic system which is correlated with the immune system (i.e. fights infections or cancers) lymph nodes act as filters i believe and remove invading organisms/abnormal cells. whether or not the string is corelated to your nipple i can't say... but it does look like gyno IMO.. all i can suggest is continue with nolvadex ... try 60mgs ED and see if any changes occur... if not, do lots of chest work and cardio, diet down hard and see if they reduce in size.. also, worst case scenario surgery.. a couple bro's on the board have undergone such surgery and probably could help you more so then me... best of luck bro

alot of people argue that its not the conversion of estrogen from testosterone that causes gyno but progestorone that causes it, thats why theres a lot of talk saying anti E's do nothing, for me i had puffy nipples since puberty only me getting taller has strech them out

You got some nipple fat for sure. Have a plastic surgeon check and see if there is much tissue as well. I would guess most all of that is fatty tissue and you could have it lipoed out for a couple of grand.
