Fighting is eating up my arms?

Ive been doing alot of sparring latley and my arms have shrunk, i also have a small tendon injury that prevents my from training triceps as heavy as i wish.
I dunno, it feels like its the fighting thats makeing my arms shrink, what do you think? More food?

Thats the thing bro, my arms are pretty cut and vascular already and i havent lost any strength...i dont know whats up. Maybe its just the triceps that have gotten smaller cause i cant train as heavy? But the strength is still there...its just so wierd.

I know how you feel cos I play basketball and have to practise 3 hours a day, constant running. So yeh over the ccourse of last year I lost a little muscle with not being able to lift like I needed to. Hopefully wont happen as bad cos I m gonna run anavar during the season. I would just say up the cals, heal your arm asap and lift as hard as possible. If it helps you can lift in the morning before you spar so your lifts arent hampered by sparring. AND sparring may well be helped by knowing you got a good lift in.

Are you just getting back into it? If so, it's probably just a bit of weightloss from the added workload. I bet you didn't even lose 1/2 an inch but your head can play tricks on you.

The pain and injuries in your tendons int he arms are most likely due to striking at full power and missing. You dont feel it when sparring but afterwards your elbows will be sore and it will keep coming back if you dont rest it.

What ounze glove are you sparring with hopefully 16. 16 Is the heaviest. It can help. Plus you'll have the strongest arms you can imagine by boxing. I never wanted to get big when I boxed I tried to lose weight without losing strength. You don't want big arms they slow you down. A punch is mostly from the shoulder anyway.
