    Boxing Prog?

    does anyone have a great lifting program/workout that would benefit me as a BOXER???...

    check out www.rossboxing.com Ross has a book on there called the boxers guide to performance enhancement. IMO Its one of the best books out there. It covers nutrition, road work, lifting, ect. It has a great training program in their that is ment for boxers. You can also check out his forums they are very informative also. I followed it and it was great.

    Don't be a smart ass. This is primarily a hardcore body building site. If you post a question here re. boxing/wrestling/martial arts expect to wait alittle longer for a response.

    Boxers don't 'lift'... its mostly cardio and calastenics.. lifting makes you slower/less powerful... unless its light weights & reps
