Skipping - Inspired by Ross Enamait

Well, I've been boxing for just about 6 years now. When I first started I always watched Ross Enamait's videos and was wondering how he could do that. Day after day I practised and here is my achievements! Hopefully some of you are inspired by this! Would love some input.

Wow..I'm inspired now....skipping before every Muay Thai class is just the beginning to a warm up...but this will push me a tad more.

You know some morons gotta post something along this line so I figgured I would beat them to it. All joking aside very impressive skills. The timing to do this kind of routine is something I will never have, so I admit I am somewhat jealous of your ability :-)

Haha thanks, those are very comforting words. If you practiced you'd get the timing. Didn't do that on the first day I started skipping that's for sure.
