Cardio on an empty stomach?
I am starting to really cutdown and I heard the best time to cardio is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Right when I awake I drink some coffee and take hydroxycut; but I wait and take my morning Protein shake until after the cardio.
My question is should I take the shake before or after my morning cardio?

Do your cardio with no calories in your system. Have the shake 45 mins to an hour after your cardio to maximize fat burning.

Definitely drink your shake after cardio. Also, check out the diet forum. There are some awesome cutting diets and many expereinced cutters.....

Cardio first thing in the moring on an empty stomach.. You maybe would have known this if you did a search b/c I know this topic has been talked about a thousand times.
