Thread: In between show.

In between show.
I have my first show the 5th of Nov. Then my next one is the 12th. There is exactly one week in between. I know basiclly what i must do for the first show with carb depleting, loading and that stuff, but i have no clue how i would do it for the next one? Is there anything i must do to look good for the next show? Do i repeat the same process? Is there any workouts considering there is only 7 days in between each one?

Well, unfortunately, you cant "peak" for both shows...usually I look tighter/harder in the second show. If making weight is not a concern, i'd go with the with the plan you have in place...I like to get a light pump workout on mon and tues the next week after show #1(but dont hit you legs)...PM me if ya wanna discuss it further....
