goin right now to do my personal best
of 455 for bench on the smith.
This fina has got me pressing some pounds that I have never ever tried. Crazy mangs.
Wish me luck .. if I dont post tonight ... it most likely came down on me and crushed my chest cavity and shot my lungs outta my corn at mach 2/3

Good luck bro! Just be carefull with increasing the weight to fast, u'll fukup ur joints and or tendons.

I did it.... I got 2 off.
WICKED ... for me at least.
I did HOWEVER feel a slight pinch in my chest at the very last second before racking it.
I can feel abit of "unusual" soreness in my left pec.
I may have a slight injury in the muscle belly not tendon .... FACK
Just goes to show yah... dont get all balls up and strap on weight your brain is hopin your body is ready for.
I learnt a valuable lesson. This is for the others out there in my shoes or about to be.

now, I gotta lay around and wack it for the rest of the week. SHATTY BOYS. FAKCEN HELL.
but, I learnt as we all do one way or another.
