    Refresh the screen..

    How do i update or refresh my screen? At the moment i have log off the board and then log on again and it then updates all the new posts...

    There should also be a refresh button near the top. It usually looks like two arrows making a circle. Click that and it will refresh.

    If you're using IE there, you can set an option to have IE refresh the page each visit, instead of using the cached page.

    For IE6: Go to Tools / Internet Options / Temporary Internet files / Settings button and click Every time I visit the page

    For IE7: Go to Tools / Internet Options / Settings button under Browsing History / click Every time I visit the page

    Firefox does it automatically
