Should we assume you're bulking? If so, I think you're doing too much cardio.

Even if it's bulking or cutting, he's got food combinations all in the wrong places.

Read the cutting sticky atop the diet forum page as it looks like your AAS is for such.

Since my stats match up with that diet you told me to look at, I have decided that I am going to use that. However, I do have a question. I usually get up at 6 and don't workout till 615pmbecause of work. My question is, if I eat my first 3 meals at 9:00am, 12:00pm, and 3:00pm, pwo shake at 7:45, I will have almost a 5 hour gap between meals. I am I still going to be ok. I have no problem with the gap, I have always read you need protein every 2-3 hours. Please bear with me as I am trying to educate myself. I appreciate your help and feedback. By, the way that post you told me to look at kicks ass.

    Thanks,

Throw in a protein shake or something easy to fix up at 530pm.

    Thanks For the Quick Reply!!!!

Thanks man, I figured that would make the most sense. I am going to start this diet June 14. Aside from that change, is there anything else I should be doing or watching out for?

    Thanks,
