1)what is the reason people take the yokes out of eggs?because of fat?I see people eating like 10 eggs at one sitting...thats alot , does anyone just chug them raw anymore?
2) same thing with oils to mix with tuna?no mayo because of fat?

Right... mayo is pretty much pure fat, and the yolk of an egg has all the cholestorol and fat but only 1/3 of the protein.

2.) there is nothing wrong with useing FULL FAT mayo in your tuna as a pro/fat meal, just dont get out of hand and use half a jar

fat is better taken in along side with protein...and in terms of eating eggs raw......its not healthy and raw egss has a lot of bacteria in them..u gota cook them bro!

Just a tidbit.. fat full mayo is bad.. it isnt a good saurce of fat and shouldnt be abused.. olive oil is a much better alternative.. mayo is just good additive due to its taste..

Full fat mayo is the bomb w/tuna. Just make sure to include other healthy EFA's in your daily allowance of fats, and you have nothing to be concerned with.
