PWO Nutrition
I know my pwo should have dextrose and malto carbs, and i know they should be 50% 50%. What exactly does that mean. half of the carbs i put in should be dextrose and the other malto? and how many grams of carbs should be contines in the pwo?

I use 100% dextrose myself.
Amounts are based upon your goals and your other dietary intake.

i have never needed to try malto, i am happy with the dex alone. but if you decide yes 50/50 should be ok. amount of carbs depends on the intensity of your workout and your fitness goals

Most people use about 40g of whey with 80g of Dextrose.
