bad cheat meals and worse cheat meals
ok, cheat meals are awesome, i always look forward to them. but, do you guys take full advantage of them, like gorging yourselves on a pan of brownies and pizza or something, or do you just go out and have a bad meal that you normally wouldn't? just thought i'd finally make the distinction between going ballistic and casually having a cheat meal. thanks.

Depends..... if you have a goal you need to meet then a cheat meal is a better choice. Me personally I go all out and eat whatever I want all day up until about 8 oclock then I cut off the junk.

i usually eat 1 really bad meal, like wendys then for 2 more meals i throw something in like a peach or bannana, then ill have a coffee with cream and sugar. I do this every sunday.

every sunday i eat an entire pint of ice cream with reeses pieces and some sprinkles

I dont understand how you guys do that man. . .i just find so so hard to force down nething ****ty. . oh well just the ole OCD kickin in!!

i do it cuz we deserve it thats all. We bust our asses 6 dayz a week so 1 meal wont hurt at all IMO. It gives me a feeling of normality for atleast for one day until monday comes around and i feel like a drone programmed to eat all that is clean and wholesome.

thats true beernutz ive been lifting a long time and have noticed that one bad meal a week wont hurt sundays are ideal good answer bro

lol. its all up to you bro. Noone can tell you what to do. Its your body and whatever makes you feel good and whatever gives you back your sanity then do it.
