One thing you dont get enough rest, but considering where you are that is understandable.

That is one of my downfalls. I try to get at least 6 hours if I can. I know that sucks but I have to deal with it.

Well off the bat I can tell you one reason you are not gaining. You do have a lot of food in your outline, BUT you have no Post workout nutrition. That is a key element to growth. You need to have PWO shake when you are done lifting.... Whey Protein & Dextrose Sugar. If you can't get dextrose replace it with gatorade. You then need to follow this up with another PWO meal with a starchy slower burning complex carb.
You might want to read the cutting sticky at the top of the forum for some information on diets in general, and then construct a new diet based on the information from the thread.
I can see that you don't put fat on easily since you can eat like that and not gain weight. If I ate like that I would get fat. But you have a different body type than I do. I would say if you aren't gaining from eating that ammout of food then you should add more kcals.... bottom line. Keep increasing until you start to gain little by little. You are not going to gain 30lbs overnight, it will takes months of training. Maybe even a full year of training to gain 30lbs. However, you can do it.
Also, you might want to add some healthy fats into your diet. EFA's promote lean muscle mass. Do some reading and come back and re-post another diet and I will give ya a full critique.

Will do. I will be back tomorrow to read and study the stickies. It's Midnight though so I have to go grab chow before they close. Can't miss a meal. I'll post my new layout tomorrow. Thanks for the tips. I'll take some stuff after I workout tonight.

U listed the foods, but no macro/caloric breakdown.
You recover/grow when you sleep. Skimp on that, skimp on growth, period.
