prior workout meal(s)
i was just wondering what kind of meal(s) do most of you have before going to a gym to get the max out of the most recent food intake....

my pro/fat meal is always 90 mins b4 i lift. . tuna, full fat mayo, and one scoop whey

I prefer pro/carb while bulking. I usually eat 5 oz cooked chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, and 5 oz apple.

sweet potato....although i havent been able to eat prior to gym, so i get by on a 40gm PreWO shake
