lactose in milk?
ive been doing some reading on the lactose in milk, and one on the things ive read is when milk is being produced, one of the main fuctions of lactose is to pull water into the mix so that it can easily pass through the glads. Now if this is a main fuction of lactose, and if you are consuming alot of milk will the lactose have the same effect in your body making you hold more water?

If consuming a product that has all of it's carbs from sugar doesn't affect you in any negative manner, then more power to ya!
We also have our own ideas of what "being fit" is, and for me that includes no dairy.
