I heard from a personal trainer at the gym I workout in that if I mix flaxseed oil, olive oil and sunflower oil in the correct ratio I basicly have the same as udo oil for 1/3 of the cost.

The anoying thing is that I dont remember the ratios.

anyway the homemade oil mix Im using right now is

1 part olive oil
2 parts flax oil
1 part sunflower oil
and then a decent amount of garlic oil to to get all the positive aspects of garlic into my diet.

is this homemade mix of mine better then just drinking plain flax oil or am I just fooling myself into thinking its better. Dont ask me whats the reasoning betwen the ratios I just blended it that way
