What is an adequate supply for a 190-200 pounder?
We all know that while on a cycle (muscle-building cycle not just cutting), we need extra calories as well as protein. I know the protein part, but how many calories (obviously most from complex carbs) would the average joe who weighs 190-200 pounds need?
I know it's different for everyone, (like for example mesomorphs, ectos, etc), but some numbers would help to see if i'm getting enough calories per day.

I'm 250 lbs and eat 3200-3500 a day, just to show how much it can vary in comparison to others.

eating the proper meal (pro/fat, pro/carb) in consistent intervals is the only way to really see how much you should be eating...
it's amazing how many people overeat b/c they scatter their meals (esp. snacks) unevenly throughout the day....
