Carb, and Fat Blockers?
Just wondering if anyone has ever had any success with carb or fat blockers.?

Pretty much fakes. I think the fat blockers work from adding sea shells which inhibits the absorbtion of abou 25% of fat you intake. In the same proportion carb blocked are made from bean skins and inhibit the absorbtion of about 25% of carbs. The effect of a 25% reduction will be negligable.
My reserach on this subject is quite cursory so someone may correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah they work but I have my own theory about them.
Fat Blockers = No sweets, limited carbs, no late night snacks = Fat Blockers
