    Help Gaining Weight

    I need help,I'm 37 years old and I am stuck on 160lbs,can some one suggest a way for me to put on about 20 to 30 lbs.

    Sure, eat junk food every hour on the hour, drink like a fish, don't move much at all.

    If you want to add quality weight, then you'll want to take the advice from the two posts above.

    swole has to be the most sarcastic person on this board, but yeah research this board and you will find everything you need. Adding 20-30 lbs takes time, hard work and smart dieting.. if you plan on adding lean mass that is

    Just Eat MC Donalds for a month and drink nothing but beer....

    if not Eat MRE's they will surely work wonders on thin guys....
