Diet help please
I need a much better diet. Right now my eating routine is usually something like this.
Breakfast(when I wake up): Either eggs, orange juice and raisins or cereal, fruit, orange juice and oatmeal.
Mid-day/Lunch(About 2-3 hours later): Turkey sandwich with protien drink or a low-fat subway sandwich
Snack(Usually about 1 hr after lunch): Some sort of seeds or nuts and/or fruit
Dinner(Between 5-7 pm): Depends on day today. Usually steak, chicken, pasta, meat, and on some ocassions fish.
Late Snack(Sometime after dinner): Varies.
I am not sure on the current amount of protien, fats, carbs, ect. I am getting, but I know I need to reduce thecarbs and up the protien. Around 125g of protien, about 40% less carbs(not sure the numbers), and slightly less fat but I usually keep fat under control. If anyone can help it would be greatly appriciated.
Sorry if this post seems confusing, I don't really know anything when dealing with diet and stuff.

you need to set your goals ,cutting or bulking and then read the stickys above.

I believe Ronny and Swole mean.. are you wanting to bulk?, or are you wanting to cut?
Want to put on muscle mass? Want to lose fat?
They need to know in order to help you bro ...

Allright, now I am clear on what your asking.
I would say mostly loose fat. But at the current time my arms as growing and are a decent size, so I don't want to loose the muscle and/or prevent growth. However, I do need to loose fat on my stomach and lower body as well.

OR... you can build your muscle now, and cut your fat later....
It's up to you bro...
But, whatever you do choose will decide what type of diet you will be on.

i get what your saying. but right now i've been doing good with my arms and can see some good developemnet in them. but i could loose some fat on my stomach and a little on my thighs. so right now i guess i'd want to focus on fat loss as my goal.

Don't just copy the diet Rambo has made, but customize the concepts to your personal diet. When you have a sound diet complete, to the best of your knowledge, Swole, LMO, Bad_man, DCB, Elliot and the other knowledgeable bros here will be more than happy to help you. They would just like you to do some research and learning yourself first....
