    ??? on Post workout meal/snack

    Ok so if i get up at 4:30 am hit the gym for 90min of heavy weights, then do 30min cardio right after my workout, all on an empty stomach, what the hell do I consume right after my workout for my pw snack/meal since im incorporating the weights and cardio first thing in the morning?????

    I dont believe you will have many people advocating your weight training and cardio back to back. Bad idea
    Cardio in the morning and weight train l8ter in the day

    Wow !

    90 min of weight training at 4:30 in the am followed by 30 min cardio.....damm thats a crazy workout. It's not good to lift for that long, try to get your workout done within 45 min and save the cardio for another morning or the day after.

    do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and your weights in the afternoon.EASY!

    dont do cardio after your workouts period, its not very productive for your goals, plus you miss your 15 minute window to replenish your muscles with your dex/whey after your workout.
