What kind of ECA do you guys use now that ephadra is banned. i need a little pick me up this xenadrine efx is not getting it done anymore.

Not to be funny but I use ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin… All of it can be bought in local health/ nutrition /pharmacy stores.

I know that but i am having trouble finding the ephedrine. who makes the one you use i guess i am going to have to order it online

You can order it on-line, or you can go to your local drugstore and pick up a package of Bronkaid.

thank you SC and congrats on the 5000 posts man. Hey also Swole in your opinion what is the best way to lose body fat and retain as much muscle as possible. i am now doing moderate intesity cardio in the morning before eating for about 40 minutes 4 days a week.

cardio on empty stomach, 45 - 60 min at 65-75% of your max heart rate. If you're trying to lose a lot of body fat, i'd say 5-6 times a week

SC tell me what you think of the diet
meal 1: 7:00 am whey protien/oatmeal shake
meal 2: 9:30 am whey protien shake and some flax
meal 3 12:00pm chicken or tuna with some brown rice
meal 4 3:00pm grilled chicken sandwich
meal 5 6:00pm whey protien with oatmeal shake
meal 6 8:00pm whey protien shake

I would lose one of the meals before working out and have a shake with flax oil before bed If i was you. I gave all that advice based on the fact that you are cutting..
As for ECA stack, go to a brooks pharmacy or whatever you have thats local, pick up bayer aspirin, no doz caffeine pills, and bronkaid. ECA should be take every 5-6 hours, 25mg ephedrine/200 caffeine/300-350 aspirin. Those ratios are based on what is in the pills. Its just one of each..

slizzut thanks for the help i will try that ya i am cutting i am also drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water a day

Whats up guys i was looking at Bronkaid and i saw that besides the ephedrine it also contains something called Guaifenesin, what is that and would it have any adverse effects at all? Thanks

does anyone have any opinion on baby aspirin versus regular?
also, when do i take my first ECA stack? before morning cardio or after?
