Diet critique before i go back to school
This is what i have been planning for my BULKING diet when i go back to start in september. I am not the most knowledgable person about diet and nutrition so any critique or comments will be appreciated.
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
2 Scoops Whey Protein & 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Grilled chicken salad w/ Italian dressing
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
Grilled chicken salad w/ Italian dressing
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
40g Whey Protein & 80g of Dextrose
Meal 6: PPWO
Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Grilled chicken salad w/ Italian dressing
Meal 8: Pro/Fat
22g Whey protein, 28g Micellar casein protein & 1 Tbsp. Flax seed oil
I know the meals are a little redundant but i really enjoy eating these meals. And i would like to not change them unless they are bad or wrong for my diet goals. Along with Creatine, multivitamin, B-12 and 1+ gallon of water ED.

Generally i don't think it is really wrong anywhere, im really looking for any little tweaks that can be made.

Looks good, but WOW thats alot of chicken, lol. Do you precook all those in the beginning of the week and pack big lunches for school?
Im not that ambitious during school, I throw a bunch of cans of tuna in my backpack, some hot sauce, and a bag full of almonds, lol.

Luckily my girlfreind rocks at cooking, and she's hot too.
She cooks me all the rice and all the chicken i need at least once a week, if not twice a week.

Diet sounds sound..
Don't worry
Redundant is good
It leaves very little margain for error(which is good)
If something happens (indigestion etc), you can easily pick the offensive food.
