protien only meal?
why is it not a good idea to have just a pro. meal by itself. ex 2 grilled chicken breasts plain..

If I was cutting I might have a couple protien meals a day by themselves, but I've found for growing and strength in my body food works best in combinations. But occasionally I'll do a protien only meal. And your chicken breasts are alot better than a shake IMO, unless post workout.
