    AM workout\ when to eat?

    Now that school is starting back up i'm going to try to workout in the am. Just wondering when I should eat breakfast. I was thinking an hour before the workout. Then i'm not sure to make it pro\fat or pro\carb.

    if your doing no AM cardio then you can make it pro/ carb, b/c you'll burn alot off when you lift
