thats some funny sh*t... but the people who need to see that do NOT read the stickies at all, hence the problem. Posting that as a sticky would TOTALLY defeat the purpose!

Maybe if they were forced to watch that as part of the terms and conditions of being a member when they join? sort of like watching the introductory videos when you begin work at a large franchise?
