hows it look?
Meal 1- ¾ cup of oatmeal and 8 ounces chicken breast (grilled)
Pro-49 Carbs-40 Fat-10(rough estimate)
Meal 2- 1 packet of tuna and 2 tbsp low fat mayo, flax seed oil (6 pills)
Pro-35 Carbs-1 Fats-15
Meal 3- 1 apple, protein shake (44 grams)
Pro-46 Carbs-22 Fats-2
Meal 4-80 grams dextrose, protein shake (44 grams) (pwo)
Pro-44 Carbs-80 Fats-2
Meal 5- 3/4 cup brown rice, 8 ounces chicken breast (grilled)
Pro-44 Carbs- 51 Fats- 10 (rough estimate)
Meal 6- 8 ounces of 93% lean ground beef, Flax seed oil (4 pills)
Pro-44 Carbs-0 Fats-20
Totals: Pro-262/ Carbs-194/ Fats-59 (workout days)
Totals: Pro 262/ Carbs-114/ Fats-80 (rest days)
Total Calories- 2355 (workout days)
Total Calories-2224 (rest days)
Taurine-Would that be good in pwo along with r-ala and vanadyl?
Goals- Drop a little bodyfat and gain some muscle while maintaining bodyweight.

looks good bro but drop the flax pills and get some oil.also meal 3 make it a pro/fat meal.

Thanks for the reply guys. I got a few more questions. Ok, meal three is usually before a workout. So should I drop the apple even though its before a workout? Also, whats wrong with flax seed oil pills? I find them more convenient to use than the oil. But if oil is the better option, I'll go with it. Also would taurine be a good idea to use in the pwo shake?

pills arnt a good idea b/c you need 14 of them to equal one tbsp of flax seed oil. . .now what sounds better hmmm?
on the apple. .that is hardly a meal (whey and apple) if you must use whey then use it with a fat like almonds or natty PB. have the apple 15 mins b4 lift if you MUST have it.

Its up to you but i would drop the apple and only have the pro shake. Get ahold of some full fat mayo. No need to go low fat on that.
Hit the cardio 5-7 days a week at your target HR.
Tweak as you see fit...looks good to me.

when are you doing your cardio? if your doing it in the am you dont want carbs in your first meal.

Unfortunately I stopped doing cardio. I know....I need to get back on the ball. When I get back to doing cardio I'll replace the oatmeal with a pro/fat meal.
