taking caffeine out of my diet...
well after much research i'm gonna see if cutting caffeine out from my life will help me out at all.... I have a couple of fat deposits under the skin which i haven't removed yet... I researched a bit and found that studies show caffiene contributes to this... So I guess for a while I'll have to cut it out and see if it helps... But i'm use to drinking 4 espresso's a day... this is gonna suck, i love my espresso..
what can i use for energy boost? b-12....?
thanks./... anyone with any info on this at all please share.......

Caffeine contribute to fat deposits??
If you have true "lipomas", stopping caffeine intake is not going to make these go away. I know because I had 5 removed.
