5 hours between for evening cutting meals…

    Here’s my cutting schedule…

    6:45-7:45 cardio
    8:20ish pro/carb
    10:30 pro/fat
    noon lift
    1:00-1:15 PWO
    2:00 PPWO
    ??? pro/fat
    10pm (before bed) pro/fat

The question mark is the problem. So far I’ve been having a pro/fat at about 4:45. But I just realized, there’s five hours between…What’s the best thing to do? Divide my 300g of required protein into 7 meals instead of 6 meals? Should I push out my PPWO to 3pm and have that pro/fat at 6:30? If it makes any difference, my commute is from 5-6pm and would really prefer not to have a meal at that time...

That's too long of a gap, especially after having done cardio and weights in the same day that close together. I'd make that missing meal a healthy fat/protein shake during the commute.

When you say missing meal, do you mean have my fith meal at 6pm? That means there's a 4 hour gap prior to the 6pm meal, and a 4 hour gap after the 6pm meal. Should I just do a 7th meal and make all seven meals smaller?

Yeah, if you are going to be up that long, I'd make 7 smaller ones.
