protein requirements on rest days
Do bodybuilders need to consume the same amount of protein on rest days as on training days? If not are there any guidelines for how much they should consume? Do protein requirements change during the dieting phase?

Keep protein roughly the same..... Only 40g less, as you omit the PWO shake.

my protein is about the same. its the fat and carbs that varies.

Mine is the same minus the dex and maybe not as many carbs.
