Methods of cooking meat
ok I need to know something... im not really that good a cook but king of the grill but the problem is I probably wont be able to grill every day bcs of lack of time. Can someone tell me what other way I should cook my meat... any help would be appreciated!

G. Foreman
Broil

you could cook all your meals for the week on sunday and thursday, thats what i do.

I just picked myself up a george foreman grill today, just a little one, the champ. Works great and fast, start it up and let it cook. After you know how much time it takes to cook certain foods, it will go very nicely.

bake, set the timer and go.. i do all kinds of crap when im baking my chicken..

Same here i have the big formen grill and i cook all my food on there. In like 15,20 min it is done and fat is gone and still taste real good. I season my food before cooking it i et it sit in the seasons for like a half hour and then cook.
