    pistachios okay?

    hey you know in the morning when your suppose to have pro/fat, well at school its kind of hard to have a real meal, so could i have a protein shake with pistacios? thanks

    Almost, yeah. But you can't eat too many of them, or it defeats the purpose.

    I too love pistachios but can never find unsalted ones - surely the salted kind are not a good idea are they?
