    another dextrose question

    i got my dextrose in a big silver bag from a company in the uk online ,can it come in different strengths cause it has no writing on the bag do i just go with 2:1 dex?

    nah, dextrose is about 1 gram to 1 gram of sugar...so, just weigh out 80 grams for a 40g protein shake for your pwo.
