Cardio?
When you are doing cardio, and you are suppose to do do cardio in the morning on the empty stomach, why does it burn fat instead of muscle if you do it at your target heart rate (which in my case would be 131). some doctor was giving me bs how if you just run with a higher heart rate you will burn fat at a faster rate? Im confused please explain thx

Your doc's correct. Keeping at 55%-70% of your THR will burn less fat then 110% of your THR. However, once you get past 70% and higher of your THR, you start using more of your lean muscle as well as fat for fuel.

im pretty sure its 20 min. and dont run for cardio, walk at an incline or peddle the bike in the am on an empty stomach bro, running for a long period of time will burn alot of muscle, shoot maybe more muscle than fat.

When your doing morning cardio, stay between 35-50 minutes.
after 20 minutes your body begins burning fat.
