    Enough water?

    I'm 24 years old 6' 220. How much water should I be consuming daily? For bulking? For cutting? Right now I'm at about 3 liters a day.

    hey bro. I am about your same stats I am 6'1" 215lbs and 16% BF and I am Cutting. I drink between 1.5-2.5 gal. a day.

    it really doesn't matter what you are doing-minus contest prep.- shoot for 1-1.5 gal. a day. I have drank up to 3 in a day, but I found I had severe champs in my legs at night from that much water without supplementing Potassium. Just my .02

    just pound 1.5 gallons and you should be fine.
