    Cool Pro/carb cutting question

    I am on a serious cutting diet as of right now and want to get as clean as possible. I do cardio 45 min. in the morning on empty stomach and have a pro/carb meal after because i like to weight train a hour after that meal. PWO consists of shake/dextrose. PPWO consists of another pro/carb meal. Then the rest of the day I have only pro/fat meals. Is this ok?

    yeah, thats the way its gonna work bro. However i recommend you get in at least 3 meals between cardio and lifting.
