Healthy Choice french bread pizzas during a cutting phase?
Just curious about something. How terrible would it be to have one of these once or twice a week when it's not a cheat day?? I mean, if I kept my calories still below maintenance level and only did one here and there, would it be that terrible??

I'd stick to cheat days with them personally depending on how fast you want to reach your goal.

They contain High GI carbs and hardley any protien. Its like eating bread or pasta...... WHY???

Ok, ok, I was just pondering on the idea as a once in awhile thing, but I'll take your guys's word for it. Those htings taste like ****ing cardboard anyways, but so does everything else i'm eating right now, so **** it. Oh yeah, and swole, you were definitely right about the lack of EFA's in my diet. I started adding more throughout the day and I've noticed a better more alert feeling, as well as looking harder the past couple days, yep yep, noticing the changes already, slightly, will post pics in another couple weeks.
