Isn't he under a doctor's care because of his surgery? I would think they would have a dietician assisting him in losing the weight?

My thoughts exactly. He should have somebody addressing all aspects of the surgery, including a healthy weight level, etc.

6 times a day healthy foods no junk or snacks.. most people know what is healthy to eat.. they just choose to eat garbage. dont put hm on a bodybuilding diet.. its very strict hard to stick to.. anyway, hes not bodybuilding. just tell hiim to eat 6 small meals of healthy foods . an do walking alot
