using dex w/no juice
i am in the middle of cutting right now and i just started taking dex with my post workout shake at 2:1 ratio. I was wondering if it is too much carbs/sugar considering i am not taking any juice whatsoever and haven't for a long time. Should i not take as much or take any? Thanks for the help.

When cutting i keep the ratio the same, but drop it down a bit to 35/70 or 40/80.....
When bulking (on cycle), i use massive amounts... 60 pro 120 grams dex...
Then my next meal is usually 2 cups of brown rice and half a pound of boneless skinless chicken!
