Just wondering
This is the only place that i have heard to only have pro/carb meals or pro/fat meals.
it has definately helped me while cutting but even my personal trainer tells me to eat pro/fat/carb meals(although that was while bulking)
also everywhere i read that you have to alot of carbs in order to maintain muscle, but i have been doing great around 130g carbs 60g fat and 300g protien
just wondering why this is not advised anywhere else other than this board

I'm positive this is not the only place advising people not to mix fats with carbs....I've spoken about this subject with a lot of people from different places real life and on the boards. Anyways yes it does make a huge difference when you don't mix them, and it truly allows you to maintain your muscle mass while cutting or to put on minimal fat while bulking.

This is by no means rocket science, to me anyhow, but to my surprise it is to a lot in my area, even personal trainers who are certified. (one of my biggest gripes) About the Net reference, I've seen many similar principles on TONS of boards around the Net. Not sure which ones you visit, but I've seen similar approaches in a lot of places.

I can see doing this when cutting ,but if you are bulking to gain as much as possible, I have always heard "eat everything" I dont see how this would hold true when bulking....
