hey guys ? bout drinking?!?
hey guys i was wondering if drinking just one night a week and not even that much just the usual hennasy and coke for me would effect my workout/training/gains trimindalsy and if so would just that one night really make that big of a difference... i have cut off the beer and also cut down from 2-3 days a week drinking any imput would be great thanks a bunch

i have a couple drinks once in a while, like stated above if u dont overdue it u'll b fine. it just puts extra stress on ur liver.
