Critique my cutter
6'5", 240lbs., 15%BF, 27 yrs old
I'm keeping fats low on purpose, simply b/c I used the sticky w/ Flax last time, kept strict, and didn't see much fat loss. I'm not using flax this time, but half of my fat is from natty pb, which is very little anyhow

7 egg whites and 1 whole egg w/ zerocarb ketchup

That's terrible, you need fats or you're going to lose lots of lean muscle tissue.
Not sure why you didn't lose fat during your last try at this, but it wasn't from the inclusion of flax oil I know that.
I'd speculate your cardio/training/diet was off.

Fair enough swole, thanks for the reply as I have the ultimate amount of respect for you....
how would it look if I added 1 tbsp. to meals 2 and 6?

A h*ll of a lot better, but meal 1 is lacking as well.
You may also wish to utilize cardio and a more challenging weight training approach to condition you.

i dont think that whole wheat pasta is the best thing for your ppwo meal
