Cooking in a pan
Every morning breakfast is the same, 10 egg whites scrambled and two bows of oatmeal. Question is...what is healthiest to use in the fying pan to scramble my eggs? Olive oil spray is what i've been using, any other suggestion or is this clean enough?

olive oil? blech... not really good with egg whites if you ask me. Any oil spray is fine. Vegetable oil, canola oil, whatever. They are all unsaturated fats.

nonfat butter spray shouldn't be used for cooking. it says so right on the bottle. because there's no fat in it, it won't keep your food from sticking to the pan.

pam is the best, slides right off the pan, plus easier to clean the pan
