how u do u prepare cottage cheese

ok the hardest thing for me to eat is cottage cheese (lowfat verison). i have puked 2 times while eating and wanted to many more times. everytime i eat it i chug H2O right after to get taste out of my mouth. I was wondering if u guys know any ways so that i can not taste it. I know easy thing to do is eat something else but i m type of guy who will not let anything beat him even something like this. SO i would like some recipes to tryout and make taste better thx for any help.

I take a cup of cottage cheese and add 1 table spoon of "No sugasr added - SMUCKER'S Stawberry spread-jam", i couldn't believe the differance it made, so you might want to check this out, oh by the way it only adds 5gm of carbs to the cottage cheese and 20 calories. Not to bad...........

My recipe for edible cottage cheese:

    Ingredients:
    I tub of cottage cheese
    I tin of tuna
    Pinch of chilli powder

    Utensils:
    1 fork
    1 flip-top bin

    Receipe:
    1) Open tub of cottage cheese (any brand will do - lo-fat is optional).
    2) Open flip-top bin
    3) Empty contents of tub into bin
    4) Open can of tuna
    5) Add pinch of Chilli powder to tuna
    6) Eat Tuna

    Delicious, and sooo cost-effective!

Seriously though - I tried the CC thing- cheap and full of protien. In the UK we can now buy a desert form of the suff with added mangoe, apple or berries. Not as bad as the orginal, but still gross.

    Enjoy

u might want to try it with grapes or pineapple. buy the diced pineapple in natural juices to keep sugar down. this is the only way i can get cottage cheese down.
